Special Friends

Empowering Children with Special Needs Through Care, Education, and Inclusion.

Special Friends is a non-profit organization established in 2013 with the vision of creating an inclusive society where every child with special needs receives quality education, therapy, care, and equal opportunities. The organization provides holistic intervention programs for children with developmental disabilities through education, therapies, family support, vocational training, and community awareness initiatives.

Over the years, Special Friends has become a trusted institution dedicated to empowering children with autism, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, ADHD, learning disabilities, speech and language disorders, and other developmental conditions. Today, the organization serves more than 74 children through its special school and therapy services while continuously expanding its outreach.

Rooted in compassion and driven by purpose, Special Friends operates at the intersection of special education, therapeutic care, and family empowerment — making it one of Hyderabad's most dedicated institutions for children with developmental needs.
